Weston Meadows Neighborhood
Weston Meadows is comprised of five phases. The first phase was completed in 2006 and consists entirely of single family homes. The second phase will consist of thirty-four single family lots, duplex lots, and apartments. The second phase single family lots will be completed and ready for sale July 1st. The third, fourth, and fifth phase have not been approved yet. The third phase will consist of apartments and duplex. The fourth and fifth phases will be all single family lots.
